Scope

A First of its Kind, State of the Art Broadcast Facility to be implemented for use by the Public and YouTube partners. Numerous stages, green screens, motion capture, jam room, screening room & post production facilities to be housed along with support staff of 40+ employees. Tenant improvements to coincide with base building shell & core to meet this aggressive schedule of design thru occupancy in 10 months. Shell & Core coordination included new exterior storefront, elevator, amphitheater, restrooms, HVAC chiller plant & electrical switch gear.
