Transformation was the Program Goal for this Engineering Software Company. A Corporate headquarters move from Pasadena to Santa Ana and an environmental Culture Change from Private Office to all Workstations was the mandate for all Staff. The Facility included Corporate staff, Research Labs, Q & A, Server Farm, Cafeteria, Product Warehousing and Distribution. Interior Build-out transpired concurrently with Shell & Core Improvements.
