Scope

This International Freight Forwarding Corporation engaged rpm to downsize and relocate their LA Corporate Headquarters from an existing 2 floor 45,000 usf facility to a single floor of 22,000 usf. Special attention to department consolidation and furniture disposition and liquidation ensued. Due to the 24/7 staff requirement and reuse of all furniture workstations, a multiphase relocation plan was developed and implemented. Occupancy occurred ahead of schedule and on budget.
