Scope
Developed and Implemented a Phased Master Plan Program to Downsize this Facility from a 12 Floor Occupancy to its current state of a 7 Floor Occupancy. Construction Phasing of Multiple Floors per year was implemented to achieve this goal. Coordination with Both Design and Engineering was paramount in this staff reduction and corporate infrastructure downsizing, all in efforts to coincide with lease terms and space forfeiture. In addition Server Room Equipment upgrades and redundancy was built into the program to properly keep in step with technology and provide continued uninterrupted support to Staff.
